Isavia, the company responsible for the airport, has announced that drivers will not be allowed to enter the parking lot unless they have already secured a spot. The P3 lot is typically used for long-term parking, but with the increased demand over the coming weeks, the changes are being made to manage the flow of traffic. The airport is expecting high volumes of travellers next week, especially with the upcoming holidays. In light of this, Isavia is urging all passengers arriving by car to book their parking ahead of time to avoid disappointment. The changes aim to ensure smoother traffic flow and greater convenience for all airport visitors during the busy travel period.
